AAU Track and Field Practice Schedule:

- First Day of practice for AAU Track is April 1st. -

Monday - Friday at Hammond High School

Ages: 13 - 18 years old

Practice at 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

Ages: 8 & under - 12 years old

Practice at 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
